We lay sod in Waco and the towns around it. That's the whole job, and we'd rather do one thing well.
Why sod and only sod
Landscaping companies do a little of everything. Sod tends to get squeezed in between mowing routes, and the prep gets rushed. We focus on getting the ground right first, because in Waco clay that's what decides whether a lawn lives or dies by August.
How we work
- One price, in writing, after we measure. No surprise pallets.
- Fresh sod. We plan installs so the sod goes down the day it's delivered.
- Straight talk. If a yard needs drainage work or a sprinkler fix before sod, we'll say so.
- Watering instructions you can actually follow, left with you on install day.
